1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The product must include original tags, packaging, and invoice

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Perfumes (if opened or used)

Items purchased during clearance or special sale
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Share your order number and clear images (if product is damaged or incorrect).

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (if serviceable in your area) or guide you with return shipping instructions.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
