Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxtera, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must include original tags, packaging, and invoice

  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Perfumes (if opened or used)

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or Contact Us page.

  2. Share your order number and clear images (if product is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (if serviceable in your area) or guide you with return shipping instructions.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Defective items

  • Wrong product received

Subject to stock availability.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
